Shipping Policy

All standard shipping orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours from our warehouse Monday through Friday.

All express shipping orders are shipped same day from our warehouse Monday through Friday if ordered by 3PM EST.

Orders placed after 2PM EST on Friday will be fulfilled on the following Monday.

Shipping Responsibilities:

  • It is your responsibility to provide a full and complete address.  We cannot be responsible for packages that are undeliverable because of the wrong address, incomplete address, or addresses so heavily abbreviated that the mail person does not know where the package should be delivered.  If you live in Apartment 2A please enter Apt 2A vs just 2A
  • If you are an international customer duties and taxes could be levied and payable to your local tax authorities before shipment will be released. 
  • It is your responsibility to provide us an address that is safe and secure for mail delivery or pay for signature confirmation.  You can also call your local post office and have them hold your mail for pickup at no additional charge. We cannot be responsible for stolen or lost packages unless we shipped to the wrong address.  

Return Policy

At Natural Curls Club, we love when you’re happy. We stand behind our beauty products, and we want to make sure you’re always satisfied. If not, our team will make your return process easy and seamless. All you have to do is return the items within 30 days of your purchase.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if any.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used hair products like combs, brushes, etc due to hygiene policies
  • Product Samples
  • Individual products that were originally purchased as part of a set
  • Sale items - Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Apparel - all apparel on our site is custom made to order and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.  Please be sure to choose your size carefully!

Please contact our Customer Service department at and request an RA reference number and someone will email you back immediately. Products cannot be returned without this number.

Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment. Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive your items and return them to inventory. We will then credit the card originally used to make your purchase.

    For your protection, and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Please note that return shipping fees are nonrefundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Your refund will be processed based on the original form of payment (minus return shipping and handling).

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Warranty Request

    We stand behind our products 100%.  If you purchased a product with a warranty and are in need of a replacement.  Please send an email to and someone will be in touch with you to process the request. We handle all shipping costs for the replacement item.
